🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada — from coast to coast, we’ve got your game night covered.

Which carriers do you use?
We currently ship with Canpar, Purolator, and Canada Post. 

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–14 days depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on orders $100+ (before taxes). Orders under $100 ship for a flat $14.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also login to your Account to see the status of your order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Are returns or exchanges allowed?
All sales are final. Because we’re offering outlet pricing and limited inventory, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What if my game arrives damaged or missing pieces?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery using our contact form (include clear photos of the damaged box and/or product).
We’ll review your case and do our best to help you get back to gaming quickly.

💳 Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it moves quickly through our Pick & Pack Logistics fulfillment queue. We usually can’t change or cancel after confirmation, but if you spot an issue, reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to intercept before it ships.

Will I be charged taxes?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

What is The Game Outlet?
An online store operated by Pick & Pack Logistics to sell discounted board games from Final Frontier Games. Proceeds help resolve the situation resulting from the publisher’s shutdown.

Why are these games discounted?
They’re from Final Frontier Games’ remaining inventory. Because the publisher closed and left unpaid balances, your purchase will contribute to (1) recover unpaid fulfillment costs for orders already shipped to backers by Pick & Pack Logistics and (2) build a fund to help cover shipping for Canadian backers still waiting.

Will my purchase help Canadian backers of Merchants Cove: Master Craft?
Yes. Proceeds first go toward covering unpaid Canadian fulfillment costs already incurred. After that, additional funds will be be used to help ship remaining Canadian backer pledges.

Are the games meant for remaining Canadian backers part of this sale?
No. The products currently available exclude the games reserved for remaining Canadian backers. Those copies are being kept aside in the hope that we’ll eventually be able to ship them to those backers once enough funds are raised through these sales.

Is Final Frontier Games still involved?
No. Final Frontier Games has ceased operations. The Game Outlet is run by Pick & Pack Logistics to responsibly handle remaining inventory and support Canadian backers. Pick & Pack Logistics and Final Frontier aren't related in any way.
